Troy, I'm no milling expert, but I'll throw my two cents in. Typically that 75 degree facemill will be freer cutting. This would help some of the potential power and rigidity issues you might face. The reason the 90 degrees are a little more demanding is that they'll put more of the insert on the work surface (a full edge vs. a corner).
